Delaware POS LLC will provide free e-mail next business day response support for all equipment, software and peripherals purchased through our company.
All equipment, software and peripherals purchased through Delaware POS LLC have an initial 1yr. support, parts and labor warranty.
Equipment purchased through Delaware POS LLC that have a 3yr. manufacturer warranty for parts will be honored for the remainder of the manufacturer parts warranty after the first year ofDelaware POS LLC’s initial 1yr. warranty.
Equipment, software and peripherals purchased through Delaware POS LLC that are beyond the initial warranty date will be subject to service and part charges. Please contact Delaware POS LLC for information regarding your specific service needs.
Repairs and Replacements
Delaware POS LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace equipment or peripherals requiring service and covered under the initial warranty or the manufacturer warranty.
Delaware POS LLC will provide as required, on-site services, remote services, telephone or e-mail support for all in warranty equipment and peripherals, within a 150 mile radius of Houston, Delaware. Equipment, software, and peripherals that are located outside Delaware POS LLC service radius will be subject to service charges at the current service rates. Please contact Delaware POS LLC to see if service charges will apply.
Delaware POS LLC offers an extended maintenance agreement after the initial warranty for equipment, software and peripherals purchased through our company.
